Cosy hotel in the Old Town

First Hotel Skansen, located in the heart of Tromsø’s historic Old Town, is a fine example of classic Northern Norwegian hospitality. Established in 1983, this charming hotel has been a welcoming haven for travellers from all over the world.

With more than 40 rooms – from snug single rooms to spacious double and triple rooms – the hotel caters to a wide variety of guests, working hard to ensure a personal and memorable experience for everyone.

Over the years, the hotel has witnessed Tromsø’s many transformations, and is currently undergoing refurbishment to make it even better, blending modern facilities seamlessly with its classic charm.
